Build what you’ll still care about
years from now.

We build products we own, operate, and keep improving long after launch.

There are no client deadlines to chase or billable hours to fill. Instead, you’ll work alongside a small team solving real problems across product, technology, design, and operations.

The way we work

Small teams.
Real ownership.

We keep the team intentionally small. That means fewer layers between an idea and the person building it, more context around the decisions you make, and genuine ownership of the systems you touch.

You won’t be handed a tiny piece of a project and moved on. You’ll see the problem, help shape the solution, ship it, and live with the result.

What you’ll build

Products with a
life after launch.

Our work spans software, media, AI, infrastructure, and commerce. Some of it is already in production; some is still being shaped.

You might spend your time making a mobile experience faster, designing a new product system, building infrastructure that carries millions of interactions, or working out something nobody on the team has solved before.

  • Software
  • Media
  • AI
  • Infrastructure
  • Commerce
  • Emerging products

The common thread: we build things that are meant to be used, not simply delivered.

Own the whole loop

From first question
to production.

Nobody here owns one slice of the pipeline. You follow the work all the way round — and back again.

  1. 01UnderstandGet close to the problem. Talk to users, explore the constraints, question the assumptions.
  2. 02BuildTurn the idea into something real. Design, prototype, engineer, test, and ship.
  3. 03OperateWatch what happens in the real world. Fix what’s broken, improve what’s working, keep going.
  4. 04LearnEvery product teaches us something. Those lessons become part of what we build next.

Who we look for

Curiosity matters more than
a perfect résumé.

You don’t need to match every line of a job description.

You do need to care about the work.

We look for people who:

  • Think deeply about the problems they’re solving
  • Care about the details of their craft
  • Work independently without disappearing into a silo
  • Communicate clearly and challenge assumptions
  • Want to understand the product, not just their task
  • Take responsibility for what they put into production
  • Are comfortable learning things they don’t already know

Open positions

The work needs you.

We open a position when there’s meaningful work for that person to own.

  • No talent-pool applications.
  • No endless pipeline.
  • No résumés collected for a future that may never come.

Senior React Native EngineerVideo & Performance

Full-time · Onsite · Niketon, Dhaka

Own the video player and episode experience for BanglaReels — playback, feed performance, caching, and the watch-to-unlock flow — across a wide range of devices. See BanglaReels.

You’ll work on

  • React Native & TypeScript
  • Video playback & preloading
  • Low-end Android performance
  • Feed architecture & rendering
  • Rewarded advertising flows
  • Mobile CI & deployment
  • Mentoring other engineers

What the role asks for

  • 3+ years of React Native, with production apps live on the Play Store / App Store
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals — hooks, rendering, state
  • Hands-on video playback in React Native (react-native-video / ExoPlayer): preloading, caching, smooth feeds
  • Proven performance work on low-end Android — startup, scrolling, memory, frame rate (FlatList/FlashList, Hermes, profiling)
  • Integrate rewarded video ad SDKs (AdMob / AppLovin) into the watch-ad → unlock-episode flow
  • Guide and review the work of our mid-level React Native engineers

Nice to have: Ad SDK integration, Reanimated, Expo/EAS, mobile CI

If there isn’t a role

Nothing open for you?
That’s intentional.

We don’t keep a permanent hiring pipeline. When there is a role worth filling, it will be here. If you think there’s something you could meaningfully build with us, you can still introduce yourself.

Please don’t send a generic résumé. Tell us what you build, what you care about, and what you’d want to work on.

Build something
worth staying for.

We’re not trying to become a larger company for its own sake. We’re trying to build better things — with people who want to stay close enough to care about the outcome.
